Nike Air Max Plus Before the Bite

A new pack consisting of two pairs of the Nike Air Max Plus will be releasing exclusively at Foot Locker in the near future. Inspired by sharks—and the sneaker's longtime "Le Requin" nickname in France—the pairs have been graced with "Before the Bite" and "After the Bite" nicknames. 

The "Before the Bite" pair is given a shark-like grey mesh upper with white teeth and red hits on the outsole to symbolize blood. The "After the Bite" opts for a full blood red upper with white teeth, darker shades of red on the midsole and branding, and a red outsole. Each pair sports leather hits on the tongue, heel, and mud guard, as well as matted-out heel Air Bags. A special "Tuned" branding hit resembling an open shark mouth is also emblazoned on each tongue.

Delivery delays

The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced air freight capacity and more recently, stricter lockdown restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand. We expect delays to continue for some time.

Delays in receiving parcels from overseas

There are still international delivery delays with parcels arriving in to NZ from overseas. We are working to have the majority of parcels, once received in to NZ Post, delivered within 7 working days.

Inbound Backlogs

Please be advised that currently all inbound items are subject to delay for final delivery due to backlogs of 7-14 days at our processing facility. We are working closely with the border agencies to clear the backlog as fast as possible.
